Moving

So Donny and I have decided we are moving back to Utah then end of June he was able to transfer with his work and we are excited to be moving back and the kids will be happy to be around their cousins, aunts and uncles and the grandparents. We will be staying with Donny's sister in Slc for a month so we can save some money for a place of are own.

California Trip

After Christmas the kids and I went to Cali with my parents for my nephew's 12Th Birthday, I have to say i wasn't thrilled for the drive there and back because i was stuck in between two car seats but the kids did great on the drive.

Once we were there the kids had fun it took Landyn a few days to warm up to everyone but when he did we couldn't get him to leave them alone, he thought if your sleeping on the couch downstairs your fair game. While we were there we went to Marine world the kids had a lot of fun Bridget took Hailey on the ride for me and i took Landyn on the carousal witch he liked until the third or fourth round then he was done, after all the rides we meet back up with Jeff and the boys by that time it was getting cold and the kids and Nana were freezing and so was I so we left and went to dinner we went to Denny's, Poor Stacey had soda dumped in his lap then Landyn went over by Jeff and his friend Sean and was picking on Sean then i thought my mom was going to slap Jeff for making fun of are waiter lets just say we had a good laugh. Then from there we went to the Oakland Temple we were all freezing by then so we went in to the visitor center to warm up Mary and Bridget walked the kids around inside and i went back out side to get some pictures that did not turn out witch i was bummed.

We spent New Years eve at the house that day we were going to have lunch with Grandma Danner but something came up and Landyn locked his self in the room we were sleeping in we were all talking to him trying to get him to unlock the door but he couldn't get it not for the lack of trying cause he was trying so Bridget call a friend and they came and had to drill the lock out and this is the family that came to are rescue for the second time i am just grateful they were still home, so we get him out and then he took a nap and we stayed at the house for the rest of the night. The next day we had lunch with Grandma Danner and Hailey took to her right away it was nice to see her and for her to see the kids this was the first time she meet Landyn, we had a nice lunch with her i wish we could have spent more time with her.

I decided we should go home on the 5Th of Jan I was still sick and the kids were sick to and to save my sanity and everyone Else's we came home Dad and Jeff drove us to Medford, Or and we meet Donny there had lunch then transferred stuff from mom and dads car to ares then we were off we made it home around 7:30ish it was nice to be home but i wish we lived closer to the family the kids really enjoyed playing with their cousins and it was good for Landyn to have that interaction with them.

I'm a little late getting this up, on the 25th of Setmember we had a party for Hailey it was just a small party just a few family members, mom, and Landyn. Donny had to work so he missed the party.

Trip to Utah

The middle of July Donny the kids and I took a trip to Utah Hailey was so excited that she was going to Nana and Papa's house that was all she talked about for a month and a half before we left Donny only stayed for a few days then had to come back home for work the kids and I stayed for another two weeks we had alot of fun spent time with almost all the family. We had Hailey's potty party before Donny came home she loved it she got to spend time with her cousin's we also spen time with Donny's sister Stacy the kids loved going to her house they went swimming almost every time we went over there Landyn loved the little dog but was scared of the big dog only when she was running around. It was nice to visit but it was nice to come home when we left Donny was working we stoped in Hermiston and spent the night with Donny witch was nice the kids were happy to see there dad.

Hailey and the Dentist

So at the begining of July Hailey went to the Dentist and had some work done she had a tooth pulled and the two next to that one they fixed those one's and then one of her back molers they fixed. When they brought her out they told me she had wet her pants and she was crying we all thought she was crying because her mouth was numb but when i took her to the car she look's at me and said "Mom i wet my pants, can i still have my potty party" she was more upset that she wet her pants then she was about her mouth being numb.

Park Day

A few weeks ago Donny an I took the kids to the park we went to a different park then we usually go to and the kids had a blast Landyn loved going down the slide that is his favorite thing and Hailey was all over she liked everything, they both like being outside.

Seaside and Newport Bay

Earlier this week Donny and I took the kiddos to the beach we went for are 7 year anniversary, the kids had a blast they loved to be on the beach and just run around after the beach we took them to the aquarium there in seaside there wasn't much but they did like the sea lions the most, then we headed down the coast we ended the night in Lincoln city, we got up the next morning and headed to Newport Bay making stops along the way when we got to Newport we went to the aquarium and the kids loved it we learned the difference between male and female sharks we saw lots of birds and sea lions and otters the kids had fun then we took them to the gift shop Hailey got her a stuffed snake and Landyn got a stuffed turtle.


It was nice to get away for awhile the kids had fun Donny and I had fun and we are going to go back to Seaside when the weather warms up hopefully that will be soon.

Landyn and Monkey

For the last few days Landyn has found a new buddy it is a Monkey and a sling shot and he loves it when it goes flying across the room it makes this horrible sound and it makes him laugh he loves it. When i was working for Speedco one of are customer's left it on my computer for me and now he walks around the house with it and he even sleeps with it and it's the first thing he grabs when he gets up in the morning.

First Hair cut

About a week ago i took the kids to get there hair cut so i took them to Hair Masters, Hailey just got her hair trimmed i wanted to get her bangs but because of the ca lick in the front of her hair we couldn't so we just trimmed it and with Landyn I had to hold him because he is such a mama's boy he freaked out when she started to cut his hair but he did good

Easter

So this year for Easter Donny was working so we had are Easter a few days late it wasn't anything big we just got the kids some plastic eggs and Donny had them scattered around the house for them to find Hailey had fun looking for her eggs and Landyn I'm not so sure he was all that interested i looking for them but he did like the little dinosaurs he got, Hailey got some hair clips witch she loves. Hopefully next year we can celebrate Easter as a family.

He love Spaghetti well he loves all food except for mashed potato's but i think spaghetti is his favorite.

MT. Hood

We took the kids to Mt. Hood to go sledding on Saturday and lets just say they had more fun playing on the other side of the parking lot in the snow then they did sledding Hailey had some fun sledding but all she really wanted to do was to build a snowman and Landyn every time i put him down he freaked out so we went to the other side and he just sat there in the snow and ate it and Hailey just played trying to build a snowman

All in all we had a good time and i hope we can do it again but next time we will have to be a little more prepared poor Landyn's hands were like little ice sickle when we left but we had fun.

Hailey + Popcorn = ER

So Saturday night we were sitting down for dinner a i noticed Hailey was breathing kinda funny and so i thought she just had boogers in her nose so i told her we would get them out after her bath so she decided she would get them out her self and went up stairs to get the tweezers so i went up after her and then that's when i saw it she had stuck a popcorn kernel up her nose and of course Donny had just left that morning for a 4 day run to Idaho so I called him to tell him what had happened and he couldn't believe she had done it so he said to take her in to the Dr.

I left Landyn with Donny's cousin and Hailey & I headed to the ER we get there get her checked in and they take us back and the way they got it out i never would have thought of it they had two nurses' one to hold her head and the other to hold her hands then i had to plug the one side of her nose and then i had to put my mouth on her mouth and blow like i was blowing out a candle and the force of the air push the kernel right out she was a little freaked out but she was OK and now thinking back i don't even know how she even got the kernel in the first place we haven't had popcorn in about a week and Donny had just cleaned her room last week

So for the past few days Landy pants has been walking more i think he is trying to keep up with his big sister, he hasn't quite mastered it yet but he is getting there.

Not Sleeping

So for the last week Landyn has not been sleeping well at all he has been refusing to sleep in his bed he will only sleep on the couch or in my bed while being held so i have not been getting much sleep lately. This is what he has been doing on his late night excursions playing in the kitchen.

Today Landyn turned 1 and i cant believe how fast he is grown up, he is trying to walk and he is starting to talk. He has about eight teeth now, he climbs like a little monkey just like someone else we know he likes to be were ever his sister is even though she likes to terrorize him but she also makes him laugh and his laugh is the best. HAPPY BIRTHDAY my Little Man

Today we went to the Discovery play place at the Gateway mall it was really fun they had lots of things she could do there was a place where you could make music and i think that was her favorite thing we couldn't get her out of there.
